Think.Calm DBT Group Program

DBT Dialectical Behavioural Therapeutic“Since everything is a reflection of our minds, everything can be changed by our minds.” - Buddha!

Serenity, the ability to find calmness when all around is in chaos... This is the founding principle of Think.Calm, a Dialectical Behavioural Therapeutic (DBT) program designed to assist people trapped in a perpetual state of distress to challenge and change old and negative patterns of thinking and behaviour.

Think.Calm combines two therapeutic techniques, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and mindfulness, to teach participating individuals how to rewrite these negative patterns and develop skills and tools that greatly improve the quality and trajectory of their lives.

DBT is a valuable therapy for people diagnosed with personality disorders, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and post traumatic stress.

As a catalyst for igniting change, Our Think.Calm DBT program has a number of benefits.

Would you recommend DBT to anyone else?

“ Yes 100%,  I would go as far as to suggest that it even be a curriculum offered to people who do not necessarily have mental health issues, but want to improve self.”
