Therapy on The Couch
Therapy or Psychotherapy is a general term used to describe the process of talking to a mental health professional in order to resolve current challenges in your life. It is a therapeutic space created for you to explore and better understand your moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Psychotherapy provides you with the guidance and platform to learn more about yourself, take control of your life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills. There are many specific types of psychotherapy, each with its own unique approach.
